What carrier do you use and what days do you ship?
We use USPS 2-3 days Priority Mail shipping. We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid weekend overlays. We do not ship Thursday - Sunday, or on Holidays. Please allow one day for processing. All orders placed after 12:00pm on Wednesday through Sunday, will be shipped out on the following Monday.
Due to the perishable nature of French macarons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if the macarons arrive damaged?
Our macarons are carefully packaged and shipped in custom packaging to ensure the quality and freshness of our product. They are sent in thermal cool shield bubble envelopes and ice gel packs. However, because of the fragile nature of French macarons, some breakage may occur during transit and we have no control over how USPS handles the boxes. This will not affect the taste and quality of Mon Cheri Macarons. Please email us with a picture if it's completely damaged. We want you to be happy and have the best macaron tasting experience.
What to do when the macarons arrive and how long do they last?
For best results, place the macarons in the refrigerator upon arrival for 5 - 8 minutes. Then take the box out and let them reach to room temperature for about three minutes. Now you're ready to indulge in the most scrumptious macarons! Make sure the macarons are stored in the refrigerator if you do not finish them in one sitting. They can be refrigerated up to 5 days or kept in the freezer in an air-tight container for one month.
What main ingredients do you use? Are they handmade and gluten-free?
Mon Cheri Macarons are all made from scratch and handmade with love so the sizes may slightly vary. We make our macarons fresh daily from our bakery in Houston, TX and delivered straight to your door! Most of our macarons are naturally gluten-free because they're made with almond flour, egg whites, sugar, powdered sugar, and white chocolate ganache. There are some exceptions depending on the flavor and they are noted in the macaron descriptions. Other ingredients may include cocoa powder, food coloring, pure extracts, fruit preserves, organic tea, coffee, and other nuts.
Do you ship custom orders? Like special characters and designs?
Sorry we do not ship custom orders. We currently only offer custom orders for pick-up at our bakery boutique in Sugar Land, TX. (Houston)
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we offer wholesale and would love to provide your business and customers with the most delicious, fresh and beautiful French macarons. We can set up weekly or monthly auto shipments. Or deliver to your place of business around the Sugar Land area. The minimum order depends on the size, volume, and traffic of your store, restaurant, bakery, or coffee/tea shop.
